Eligibility Details:
Educational Qualification:
The apprentice should be fluent in the local language of the state or territory (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding). The apprentice must present a 10th or 12th grade mark sheet or certificate demonstrating proficiency in one of the languages as a local language.
Age limit : 20-28 years
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s)

Process of selecting generalist officers:
- Candidates with a 12th percentage (HSC/10+2) or a diploma percentage will be required to register online on the bank’s website. The merit list for the recruitment of apprentices will be prepared state-by-state in descending order based on the marks / percentage obtained in the 12th (HSC/10+2) / Diploma examination; if more than one candidate has the same percentage, such candidates will be ranked in the merit based on their age in descending order.
- Applicants who have completed an Engineering Degree after completing a Diploma from a recognised University / Board of the Government of India will have their Diploma Marks / Percentage in the aggregate of all semesters / years taken into account when preparing the merit list. Calculate the percentage of marks using clause (03) (11).
- The computerised merit list will be generated solely based on the information provided by the Applicant in the ONLINE application.
