Qualifications in education:
Manager Alternate (Boiler Operation Engineer):
- B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg)/AMIE in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology on a full-time basis.
- Candidates must have a BCE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certificate.
- Executive experience with a post-professional qualification of 8 years.
Chemical engineer in the production department:
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with three years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU/large private sector chemical industry.
- Candidates with prior experience in the fertiliser and chemical industries will be given preference.
Electrical Engineer:
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electrical with at least three years post-qualification experience in a PSU or large private sector.
- Candidates with in-line experience in the fertilizer/chemical industry will be given preference.
Engineer:
- A full-time B.E/B.Tech degree in any discipline is required. or an MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management with at least three years of post-qualification executive experience.
Officer (Human Resources):
- Full-time MBA / Postgraduate Degree or Diploma of at least two years duration in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Labor & Social Welfare from a recognised University/Institute, with at least three years post-professional qualification executive experience.
Officer in Hindi:
- Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a core subject from a recognised university, plus at least three years of experience in terminological work/translation work/teaching/research/journalism in Hindi.
- Should be well-versed in the Official Languages Act.
- Finance Jr. Executive: Graduate with a C.A.(Inter)/CMA(Inter) and three years of experience.
Age Restrictions (as of February 1, 2023):
- 48 years as a Dy. Manager (Boiler Operation Engineer).
- Engineer (Chemical in the Production Department): 40 years
- 40 years as an electrical engineer
- 40 years as an engineer
- HR Deputy Manager: 48 years

- 35 years as a junior executive (finance).
Salary:

BVFCL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process :
- The Computer Based Test (Test) will be used to select Junior Executives (Finance).
- All other positions with experience will be filled through personal interviews.
