Notification from the Cantonment Board A notification for the post of LDC/Electrician/Secondary Grade Assistant in various disciplines has been issued for 2023. Candidates with the qualifications of 10th/12th pass/ITI/Diploma & Any degree/ITI are eligible to apply. Candidates who are interested and qualified can apply online at their official website. Board of Cantonment: In India, it is a civic administration body that reports to the Ministry of Defence. A cantonment board is made up of eight elected members, three military members who are nominated, three ex-officio members, and one district magistrate representative. It is made up of elected, ex-officio, and nominated members. The board is responsible for mandatory duties such as public health, water supply, sanitation, primary education, and street lighting, among other things.

Qualification in Education:
Inspector of Public Health:
Matriculation or equivalent, with a Sanitary Inspector diploma from a government-approved institution, and adequate knowledge of Hindi.
Clerk in the Lower Division:
Passed the 12th (10+2) examination from any Board or obtained a degree from a University established by law.
Computer Certificate/Diploma from a government-recognized board/institute with English Typing at 35 w.p.m. and Hindi Typing at 30 w.p.m. on computer.
Electrician/Blacksmith/Lineman (Electric): A 10th grade education and an ITI in Electrician or an equivalent qualification are required.
Electrician/Beldar/Mali/Chowkidar/Terminal Tax Peon/Chowkidar/Safaiwala/Digger: 5th Pass
Age restriction (as of December 1, 2022):
Minimum age for SCs and STs is 21 years. 35 years old is the maximum age.
OBC (Only for reserved posts): The minimum age is 21. The maximum age is 33 years old.
Minimum age for EWS / GEN: 21 years. The maximum age is 30 years old.
Candidates for Departments:
UR candidates may be up to 40 years old.
In the case of OBC, the age is 43 years.
In the case of SC/ST, 45 years. Ex-Serviceman (UR): 45 years. 03 years after military service deduction.
Ex-Serviceman (OBC): 06 Years after military service deduction.
Ex-Serviceman (SC/ST): 08 years after military service has been deducted.

Cantonment Board Selection Process 2023:
- A written test and a skill test are part of the selection process.
- The written test will be worth 120 points and will last 120 minutes.
- Answers to the questions must be written on an OMR Answer sheet.
- The written test questions will be bilingual, i.e. in Hindi and English.
- Candidates should be aware that incorrect answers marked by them in Objective Type Question Papers will result in a penalty (negative marking).
- Every question has four possible answers.
- There will be no Post interview.
- Both verbal and nonverbal reasoning will be considered in general intelligence and reasoning.
- History, culture, geography, economic science, general polity, Indian constitution, current affairs, and other topics will be covered.
- Numerical aptitude will assess your understanding of arithmetic concepts and their application to real-world problems.
- The English Comprehension test will assess the candidate’s ability to understand correct English, basic comprehension, and writing ability, among other things.
- The skill test will only be conducted for the purpose of qualifying.
- Date, time, and location will be announced on the website.
- Candidates must visit the website on a regular basis to check the written test timetable.
- Shortlisted candidates’ appointment letters will be issued following approval from higher authorities.
- The candidate’s final selection is contingent on a medical fitness certificate from the Govt Hospital, Nasirabad (Raj.) and police verification from the respective police authorities.
