Qualifications in education:
Junior Manager Trainee – Electrical & Electronics: First-class B.Tech/B.E (Electrical & Electronics) with a minimum of 75% marks (full time course).
Junior Manager Trainee – Civil: B.Tech / B.E (Civil) with first class honours and a minimum of 75% marks (full time course).
Mechanical Junior Manager Trainee:
- First-class B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical) with at least 60% marks (full time course).
- LMV (required to obtain Heavy Driving Licence within 2 years of appointment) (required to obtain Heavy Driving Licence within 2 years of appointment).
- Age Limit (as of February 25, 2023): Should not be more than 25 years old.
Salary range: Rs 44,500-1,40,000/-

CIAL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
Candidates selected for interviews must bring a signed printout of their application, as well as attested copies of relevant testimonials and certificates, to the interview.
Mechanical Junior Manager Trainee:
- There will be a physical test, a written test, and an interview as part of the selection process.
- Shortlisted candidates must pass physical tests (both physical measurement and physical endurance tests applicable to Fire & Rescue Services personnel) in order to advance to the next round of testing.
