Detailed Eligibility:
- Eligibility/Qualification: Any Graduate B.Tech (excluding Mechanical), MBA, BBA, BMC, BCA, BA, BCom, BSc, BJMC, BHM (excluding LLB), Pharmacy – Gurgaon is the location (Delhi NCR)
- Timing of shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts (East Coast – US Shifts)
Position Duties:
- Support clients by answering product questions and providing technical assistance over the phone and via email.
- Provide best practises to clients to increase meeting attendance using Cvent’s marketing engine.
- Collect client requirements for future product releases Create and maintain all product documentation
- Implement and manage the online component of client events as needed.
- Collect client requirements and incorporate them into Cvent’s event management software.
- Communicate with the client, go over the initial implementation with them, and make any necessary changes.
- Make recommendations to the client to improve the overall outcome of the implementation and assist the client in meeting their objectives.
- All client communications should be documented in Cvent’s CRM software.
Candidate Requirements:
- Outstanding communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Graduate/undergraduate with strong analytical and logical skills (0-1 year experience)
- Experience in US Customer Service is a plus.
- Candidates with prior experience travelling, studying, or working abroad would be given preference.
- Strong business sense, ethics, and integrity
- High level of comfort when using online software products
- You must be articulate, organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate well in a team
Training Period: 6 months
Interview Process :
- 4 Tests (English Test, Versant Test & Product Test)
- 2 rounds of Interviews
