Job Objective:
- Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem, and employs appropriate tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems.
- Provide business customers with customer service via phone, email, or instant message. As the primary point of contact for inbound customer issues. More technical product-related issues are escalated to the appropriate Product Support department.
- Processes a large number of customer inquiries about Green Dot products and services and resolves a specific percentage of those inquiries.
- Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures that customer problems or issues are properly noted.
- Meets job standards such as quality, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
- Less experienced associates may benefit from guidance and/or mentoring.
