Qualifications in education:
Vice President of Operations (Process):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) from a government-recognized university.
- The candidate must have at least 20 years of post-qualification experience in chemical plant operation and be capable of leading an operation team.
Marketing Deputy General Manager
- Any Engineering Graduate with a full-time MBA (Marketing) or a B.Sc (Chemistry) with a full-time MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university or institute.
- A minimum of 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience in large-scale chemical, chlor alkali, or petrochemical organisations is required.
Process Senior Manager:
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) from a government-recognized university.
- The candidate must have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in chemical plant operation and be capable of leading an operation team.
Marketing Senior Manager:
- Any Engineering Graduate with a full-time MBA (Marketing) or a B.Sc (Chemistry) with a full-time MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university or institute.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in large-scale chemical, chlor-alkali, or petrochemical organisations is required.
Officer / Senior Officer (Human Resources – T & D):
- MSW, MHRM, or MBA (HR) from a government-approved university.
- The incumbent must have at least four years of experience in the following.
- Should be familiar with all HR processes.
- Creates training and development programmes and goals.
- Manages expenditures against the departmental budget.
- Obtains and/or creates effective training materials through the use of a variety of media.
Officer (Legal): Senior Officer
- Full-time LLB from a government-approved university.
- The candidate should have at least four years of experience drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, contracts, replies, affidavits, pleadings, plaints, complaints, written statements, petitions, appeals, revisions, statements of claim, and so on.
Officer in Charge of Purchases:
- B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) from a government-approved university. Candidates with GDMM / MBA degrees may be given preference (MM).
- The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in strategic procurement and vendor management in the Chemical / Mechanical Industry in the Purchase Department.
- He/she should be familiar with best procurement practises, various procurement terms, taxation, and have knowledge of cost estimation, market prices to ensure price reasonableness, and so on.
Officer / Deputy Officer (Security):
- JCO Ex-Servicemen/Graduate or equivalent from a recognised university or the Ministry of Defense.
- The candidate must be a JCO in the defence forces with at least 01-05 years of experience as a Security Officer / Asst. Security Officer or higher in the manufacturing industry or equivalent.
Process Engineer Assistant:
- Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology (Chemical) from a government-recognized university.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1-4 years of experience operating a chemical plant, preferably a caustic soda plant, including the production of caustic soda flakes, prills, and other products.
Mechanical Assistant:
- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) from a government-approved university.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1-5 years of post-qualification experience in the maintenance of mechanical equipment in the heavy chemicals, fertiliser, and petrochemical industries.
Instrumentation Assistant Engineer:
- Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology (Instrumentation) from a government-recognized university.
- The candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in plant maintenance related activities.
Instrumentation Executive Trainee:
- Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology (Instrumentation) from a government-recognized university.
- Only candidates who received their B.E. / B. Tech degree between 2020 and 2022 are eligible to apply. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% and above.

Note :
- The positions advertised are for a long-term contract.
- The suitable and competent candidate for the position of Executive Trainee would be offered a 6-year contract.
- For all other positions, a 5-year contract would be offered to the most qualified and experienced candidate.
- Based on satisfactory performance and Management’s discretion, the contract may be extended for a similar term at the same or higher level.
- Candidates with experience in the Heavy Chemicals/Fertilizers/Petrochemicals industries will be prioritised.
- Candidates must have a full-time qualification in the relevant discipline at the required level.
