Qualifications in education:
Senior Manager (Geology) : Post Graduate Degree in Geology.
Vice President (Survey/Electrical/R&D/M&C):
- Bachelor of Science in Mining or Civil Engineering with a Surveyors Certificate of Competency or M. Tech (Geomatics).
- Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication).
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering / Technology or Post-Graduate qualification in Chemistry (Preferably with specialisation in Inorganic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry).
- Bachelor of Arts, Science, Commerce, or Engineering with a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management or an MBA with a Materials Management concentration.
MT (Management Trainee):
- CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution.
- HR : Two years full-time postgraduate degree or diploma in HR / Personnel from a recognised institution.
- Law: Bachelor of Laws with a five-year integrated LLB.
- M&C: Two years full-time postgraduate degree or diploma in materials from a recognised institution.
Trainee Graduate Engineer:
- Electrical : Full-time Bachelor of Engineering / Technology degree (Electrical).
- Mechanical: A full-time Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Machinery is required.
Age Limit (as of January 1, 2023):

- Deputy Manager : 40 years

Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
- A computer-based test/interview is part of the selection process.
- The minimum qualifying marks out of the aggregate marks prescribed in CBT for short-listing candidates for Personal Interview shall be 30% for General (Unreserved) / OBC candidates and 20% for SC / ST / PwD candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive notification of CBT and interview date/time/location via e-mail.
- Shortlisted candidates will be able to download their call letter for CBT/Interview via their registered account on the HCL website.
- Once candidates have received information regarding CBT/interview date, time, and venue via their call letter for CBT/Personal Interview, requests for change in date, time, and venue will not be entertained by HCL.
- Candidates must appear at the CBT/PI venue on the date specified in their call letter, accompanied by one of the original ID cards ( Aadhar, Driving License, VoterID).
GET / MT – Marks weightage:
- Online computer-based test: 70%
- 30% for a personal interview
- Deputy Manager/Senior Manager
marks weightage :
- 80% on the computer-based online test
- 20% for a personal interview
- Fees for applications:
- General, OBC, and EWS candidates must pay a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs.500/-, while all other candidates, including PwBDs, are exempt from paying fees.
