IBM Recruitment 2023 Specifications:

Engineer degree in computer science or information technology.
0-3 years of product development, deployment, configuration, and tool support experience required.
C++ and STL knowledge are required.
Understanding of OOPS concepts.
IDE abilities: Windows Visual Studio Development Platform
Capable of using and implementing model-based architecture engineering methods and standards
Working knowledge and experience with source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, TFS, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Participant on a team, Working experience in Agile-Scrum teams.

Technical and Professional Expertise Preferred

Implement software using sound engineering principles while adhering to business standards, practises, processes, and product specifications.
Identify potential solutions that are optimised to operate within the product’s constraints. Resolve technical issues through debugging and investigation, developing new and innovative ways to improve applications.
Provide stakeholders with timely status updates and proactive communications on issues.
Capable of communicating with internal stakeholders about software issues
Have the ability and willingness to learn the domain and existing products (beyond software) in depth and apply that knowledge to develop new products and deliver enhancements fixes to meet customer requirements.
