Eligibility details:
Qualifications in education:
Registrar:
- A bachelor’s degree in law or management from a recognised university, as well as 16 years of post-qualification experience in the field of law or management, are required.
- Experience working in Central Government, State Government, Courts, Tribunals, or Autonomous Bodies is preferred.
Assistant Registrar:
- A bachelor’s degree in law or management from a recognised university, as well as 10 years of post-qualification experience in the field of law or management, are required.
- Experience working in Central Government, State Government, Courts, Tribunals, or Autonomous Bodies is preferred.
Counsel :
- A bachelor’s degree in law or management from a reputable university is required.
- 4 years of experience in the field of law or management in the Central or State Governments, Courts or Tribunals, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies.
- Desirable : Handling expertise
Registrar’s Assistant:
- A bachelor’s degree in law or management from a recognised university, as well as 5 years of post-qualification experience in administration/ establishment.
- Experience working in Central Government, State Government, Courts, Tribunals, or Autonomous Bodies is preferred.
Accounts Assistant Registrar:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree.
- 5 years of accounting experience in a reputable organisation.
- Experience in accounting-related work in Central Government, State Government, Courts, Tribunals, or Autonomous Bodies is preferred.
- Accounting software knowledge is required.
Administrative Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institution, plus a six-month diploma or certificate in computer applications.
- Two years of administrative experience (Regular or Contractual) in the Central Government, State Government, or Autonomous bodies is preferred.
Accounts Executive Assistant:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree.
- 3 years of accounting experience in a reputable organisation.
- Experience in accounting-related work in Central Government, State Government, Courts, Tribunals, or Autonomous Bodies is preferred.
- Accounting software knowledge is required.
Administrative Assistant (Information Technology):
- Masters’/Bachelors’ degree in Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Application, or Information Technology from a reputable university or institution; AND three years’ post-qualification experience in Computer Programming, Data Processing, or Networking in any reputable organisation.
Age Limit (as of March 15, 2023):
- Registrar: Not older than 65 years old
- Deputy Registrar: Must be under the age of 60.
- Counsel: A maximum of 40 years
- Assistant Registrar: Must be no older than 45 years old.
- Assistant Registrar (Accounts): Must be under 45 years old.
- Executive Assistant: 40 years or less
- Executive Assistant (Accounts): 40 years or less
- Executive Assistant (Information Technology): 40 years or less
Salary:
- Registrar: Rs 2,00,000/- Deputy Registrar: Rs 1,35,000/- Counsel: Rs 1,00,000/- Assistant Registrar: Rs 85,000/- Assistant Registrar (Accounts): Rs 85,000/- Executive Assistant: Rs 70,000/- Executive Assistant (Accounts): Rs 70,000/-
