JD1 : Customer Service
- Graduation with a 15-year full-time education is required, and candidates must have a degree completion certificate with all mark sheets. No undergraduates.
- Excellent communication skills are required to attend to/resolve client issues via phone, chat, or email.
- CEFR communication scale: B1, C1, C2
- Open to working 24 hours a day, seven days a week from an office environment
- Analytical problem solvers capable of understanding and resolving customer issues
- Problem-solving abilities and quick thinking are required to own and resolve customer issues independently, thoroughly, and efficiently.
- Being proactive and having the utmost regard for the customer’s time
- Good time management, ensuring that all customer interactions add value
- Work from the office is required, with no option for hybrid or work from home – talent should be based in Bangalore or Pune.
JD2 : Service Desk
Job Description::
- Graduation with a 15-year full-time education is required, and candidates must have a degree completion certificate with all mark sheets. There are no undergraduates.
- CEFR: B1, C1, C2. Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of one year of service desk experience is required, as well as knowledge of VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting – printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams, and BIOS.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, Control M, or a similar ticketing system, as well as knowledge of ticket priority and severity.
- Knowledge of service requests and incidents, as well as the ability to communicate the difference between the two.
- Understanding of the Incident Management Lifecycle.
- I am aware of the current role SLA and metrics that are handled.
- Talented individuals should be based in Bangalore or Pune.
- Work from home is required; there is no option for hybrid or WFH.

- Please do not bring laptops or cameras to the venue as these will not be permitted due to security concerns.
- Security clearance requires an original government ID card.

Things to remember while entering the campus
