Service Desk
Job Description::
- Graduation with a 15-year full-time education is required, and candidates must have a degree completion certificate with all mark sheets. There are no undergraduates.
- For candidates with more than two years of experience- A computer science degree is required, as well as experience working at a service desk that combines voice, chat, and email.
- Outstanding communication abilities B1, C1, C2 on the CEFR
- Work experience on the Service Desk with a strong understanding of VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams, BSOD, driver installation, printer and WIFI troubleshooting
- Service is now available, Remedy. Control M or a similar ticketing tool that understands 0ticket priority and severity
- Knowledge of service requests and incidents, as well as the ability to communicate the distinction between service requests and incidents
- Understanding of the Incident Management Lifecycle
- Understanding of current role SLA and Metrics
- Work from home is not an option, and WFH shifts are required 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Voice Customer Service:
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Excellent communication skills are required to attend to/resolve client issues via phone, chat, or email.
- CEFR Communication Scale: C1, C2
- Open to working in 24*7 shifts, voice process, weekly off rotation, work from office environment, and candidate must have completed double vaccination.
- Analytical problem solvers capable of understanding and resolving customer issues
- Problem-solving abilities and quick thinking are required to own and resolve customer issues independently, thoroughly, and efficiently.
- Being proactive and having the utmost regard for the customer’s time
- Good time management, ensuring that all customer interactions add value
