- CEFR Communication Scale: C1, C2
- Open to working in 24*7 shifts, voice process, weekly off rotation, work from office environment, and candidate must have finished double vaccination.
- Analytical problem solvers capable of understanding and resolving customer problems

Detailed job description:
- Graduation with a 15-year full-time education is required, and candidates must have a degree completion certificate with all score sheets. There are no students.
- Outstanding speaking abilities CEFR Levels: B1, C1, C2.
- Service Desk expertise required, as well as knowledge of VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting printer problems, Bit locker, MS teams, BSOD, bitlocker, driver installation, printer and wifi troubleshooting.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, Control M, or a similar ticketing system, as well as understanding of 0ticket priority and severity.
- Knowledge of service requests and incidents, as well as the ability to convey the difference between the two.
- Understanding of the Incident Management Lifecycle.
- I am aware of the existing role SLA and metrics that are handled.
- Talented individuals should be located in Bangalore.
