National Institute of Pathology – IMCR has issued a job advertisement for the positions of Junior Medical Officer, Laboratory Technician, X-Ray Technician, Health Assistant, and Field Assistant in a variety of disciplines. NIP is responsible for filling a total of 19 positions. Candidates with a 12th pass in science subjects and an MBBS from a recognised university are eligible to apply for the aforementioned positions. The decision will be made based on an online interview. Eligible candidates may apply for the position on or before January 16, 2023. Educational Qualification:
Junior Medical Officer:
- Essential: MBBS from a recognized university
- Desirable: Experience of working in community healthcare setup with knowledge of TB and ability to interpret X-rays
Laboratory Technician/ X-ray Technician:
- Essential: 12th pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or radiology/radiography or related subject or one-year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years laboratory experience in Government recognized organization. *BSc. shall be treated as 3- years’ experience.
- Desirable: Experience of working in healthcare/ Community/Field surveys with working knowledge of computer and data entry.
Health Assistant:
- Essential: High School* or equivalent with five years’ experience in related field from a Government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the relevant area or ITI or National Trade certificate of National Council for Vocational Training and successful completion of ATS in relevant trade from a Government recognized board. *Intermediate with Science subjects and BSc. shall be treated as equivalent to 2- and 3-years’ experience respectively .
- Desirable: Experience of working in healthcare/ Community/Field surveys with working knowledge of computer and data entry.
Field Assistant:
- Essential: High School* or equivalent with five years’ experience in related field from a Government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the relevant area or ITI or National Trade certificate of National Council for Vocational Training and successful completion of ATS in relevant trade from a Government recognized board. *Intermediate with Science subjects and BSc. shall be treated as equivalent to 2- and 3-years’ experience respectively.
- Desirable: Experience of working in healthcare/ Community/Field surveys with working knowledge of computer and data entry.
