- Analyze the system logs and take the necessary steps to ensure the system’s high availability.
- Execute simulation and testing for real-world jobs in a test environment.
- As and when needed, provide remote troubleshooting of application software at customer locations.
- Provide technical support for any software bugs discovered during installation, testing, and commissioning on-site.
