- BE/BTech in computer science, information technology, or electronics required.
- Freshmen to four years of relevant experience

Occupational Duties:
- Join the round-the-clock help staff for Zycus’ Source-to-Pay procurement suite.
- Serve as the initial point of communication for customers with questions or problems relating to Zycus products.
- Work together with the Technical Account Management Team to coordinate with various Teams from Zycus and the Customer side to attain Customer Satisfaction. This will ensure that deliverables are more effective and that customer issues are resolved.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, best practices (tools/processes) and automation, and come up with new ideas to improve customer experience, lessen manual labor, and propose new processes.
- Work with internal stakeholders and customers while taking part in and supporting testing, such as User Acceptance Testing.
- Analyze and recommend creative answers and alternatives for client demands.
- Work effectively with MS Excel, incident management tools, Zycus products, etc.
- Possess a solid technical knowledge of Zycus products and be able to explain and show how to configure the Zycus Solution to a customer’s specific business requirements.
