Eligibility details:

Qualifications in education:

Assistant General Manager – Information Technology (Database Administrator):

• Post-Graduation / Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Application, or an equivalent combination of these disciplines.

Accounts Assistant General Manager (Chartered Accountant):

• The candidate must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a reputable organisation is required.

Operations Assistant General Manager (Credit / Inspection / NPA Management):

• Post-Graduation / Graduation in any discipline from a regular stream of education (i.e., 10+2+3).
• The candidate must have worked as an officer in Micro Finance Institutions for a minimum of ten years.

Senior IT Manager (Developer):

• Post-Graduation / Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Application, or an equivalent combination of these disciplines.

Senior IT Manager (Network Engineer):

• Post-Graduation / Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Application, or an equivalent combination of these disciplines.

Accounts Manager:

• Chartered Accountant (Internal) or ICWA (Internal) with an M. Com/MBA degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in accounting and auditing.

Age Limit (as of February 28, 2023):

• Assistant General Manager – IT (Database Administrator): Must be under the age of 35.
• Assistant General Manager – Accounts (Chartered Accountant): Must be under the age of 35.
• Assistant General Manager – Operations (Credit / Inspection / NPA Management): No more than 40 years of experience required.
• Senior Manager – IT (Developer): Must be under the age of 35.
• Senior Manager – IT (Network Engineer): Must be under the age of 35.
• Accounts Manager: Must be under the age of 35.

Salary:

• Assistant General Manager: Annual salary of Rs.9 lakhs (fixed + variable).
• Senior Manager: Annual salary of Rs.7.75 lakhs (fixed + variable).
• Manager: Starting salary of Rs.6.5 lakhs per year (fixed + variable).
