Eligibility details:
Qualifications in education:
- Any Engineering or Non-Engineering Graduates must have a minimum qualification (2021 and 2022 Batch).
- Education, training, and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in the delivery of information technology services Qualified in information technology at the tertiary level.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all issues or requests reported by end users.
- Provides technical support to both internal and external customers.
- Responsible for providing customers and/or employees with first-line telephone technical support for hardware, operating systems, sub-systems, and/or applications.
- Basic diagnostic techniques are used to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to common failures.
- End-to-end ownership of End User Issues until resolution and follow-up as required by the process.
- Complex problems are escalated to Remote Support Engineering or Field Engineering.
- Maintains call quality and response times in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
- Multitasking and coordination abilities are required.
- Excellent judgement skills are required to properly evaluate situations and provide immediate effective solutions.
- Willingness to work in shifts and the ability to do so (24 x 7).

- A service desk associate’s primary responsibility is to respond to customer requests for assistance via email, chat, web, or phone.
- This role is critical in ensuring that customer needs are met in terms of communication, prioritisation, escalation, and resolution of incidents and requests.
