Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program 2023 (WILP – 2023) is planning to employ B.Sc/BCA graduates from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 batches.

Other Considerations

Only the tenth and twelfth grades are permitted to attend open school or online education.
At the moment of Online Assessment, only one backlog is permitted.
Candidates are anticipated to complete their backlogs as well as the sixth semester.
Business and applied mathematics will not be counted as Core Mathematics in graduation.
A maximum of three years of educational GAP is permitted. (between 10th to commencement of graduation)
Graduation does not allow for any gaps. Graduation should be finished within three years of starting.
If you have a passport from another country, you must be an Indian citizen or possess a PIO or OCI card.
Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal must provide proof of identity.
Candidates must

Stipend:

First Year: You will receive a salary of INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + a joining bonus of Rs.75,000 in addition to the stipend for the first month.
Second Year: You will be paid INR 17,000 + 533. (ESI)
Third Year: You will be paid INR 19,000 plus 618. (ESI)
Fourth Year: You will be paid INR 23,000 as an honorarium.

Every qualified candidate must complete the online assessment detailed below for your convenience.

Online Evaluation (80 minutes)
Aptitude Test – Verbal, Analytical, and Quantitative (Each part is 20 minutes long and contains 20 questions)
Written Communication Examination (20 minutes)
